Jersey Mike's Subs is an American submarine sandwich chain with its headquarters based in Manasquan, New Jersey. The legendary story of Jersey Mike's Subs began in 1956 when the founder Peter Cancro took a part-time job at a sandwich store in his neighborhood. In the year of 1975, he, with the assistance of Mike Geissler, bought this store and developed it with his own operating philosophy. Serving submarine sandwiches made to order and slicing the meats and cheeses when needed, Jersey Mike's Subs has a reputation among its customers. This chain is also famous for one ordering method called "Mike's Way" which means you can top off the sandwich with condiment. Here condiments include sliced onions, shredded lettuce, tomatoes, oregano, salt and a special item called "the Juice" which is the mixture of red wine vinegar and olive oil.
